CGSL is a growing indigenous servicing, engineering and construction company established in 2015. The firm and its consultants are composed of Engineers, Architects, Planners, and Construction Managers.

We are a growing servicing, engineering and construction firm composed of experienced professionals with enviable track records in the delivery of various bespoke solutions. We undertake Security Solutions, Offshore Support Services, Marine Logistics, Dredging, Procurement and Construction services for medium and large-scale engineering projects in Nigeria. We are partners with Nautic Africa (PTY) Limited in South Africa and have facilitated the sale of over sixteen (16) security patrol vessels working with various IOCs in Nigeria.

We have set high-performance goals by forging partnerships with our clients and by adopting an open approach to an ever-changing world market as well as integrating technological innovations into our operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are a critical part of our execution strategy.

Adokiye Ibierele Ikpoki

Managing Director/CEO

ADOKIYE IBIERELE IKPOKI is the Managing Director and CEO of Chairborne Global Services Limited. He is a Nigerian entrepreneur and investor with over twenty five years of experience in real estate and marine logistics. A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt and Lagos Business school, he is an Executive with extensive experience with highly engineered systems and processes, and a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries. Adokiye who currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Ogoni Trust Fund, is also an active member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), Ship Owners Association of Nigeria (SOAN), and Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria (SCGN). He enjoys playing golf and lawn tennis as well as reading African and European literature.

Adeyemi Adegbenro

Chief Operating Officer

ADEYEMI ADEGBENRO is the Chief Operating Officer with a wealth of experience in the Maritime, Well-services and Sub- Sea Industry and a member of the renowned Well-flow International in Saudi Arabia. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, has an MBA in Oil and Gas and holds various international certifications in Well Drilling and Completion. He has over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with extensive offshore experience in deep and shallow water fields. 

Christopher Dirisu

Business Development Manager

CHRISTOPHER DIRISU is the Business Development and Planning Manager.  He is a skilled Administrator with well over a decade’s experience in the Nigerian Oil and Gas and Maritime Industries. He is a seasoned and Certified Project Manager and Analyst, and he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. 

Andrew Ehinmen

Finance Manager

ANDREW EHINMEN is the Finance Manager. He is a Chartered Accountant with well over two decades worth of experience in the Finance sector. 

Oluwaseun Adewumi

HR/Administration Manager

OLUWASEUN ADEWUNMI is an experienced HR professional with over 12 years’ experience implementing best practice HR strategies across various industries including Oil & Gas, Engineering and Consulting. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the prestigious University of Manchester, UK and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

Omara Ikpoki

HSEQ Manager

OMARA IKPOKI is Chairborne’ s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager. He is a seasoned Safety Professional in the industry, with over 12years experience in Shell onshore and offshore Operations. 

Sheriff Raji

SHERIFF RAJI has over ten (10) years’ experience in the areas of EPCI and Project Engineering. He previously worked in various capacities of CAD Engineer at West African Ventures, Sea Trucks Groups, Project Engineer at Meridian Engineering and Technical services. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (2.1) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He has also undergone several Technical Trainings in the marine industry 

Lulu Barango

Logistics and Marine Operations

LULU BARANGO, fellow APMC member has 20 years profound experience in Logistics and Materials management through practical field experience with SNEPCO, TOTAL E&P and EXXONMOBIL. He holds a Higher Diploma in Administrative Management – Lagos; BSc and MBA in Business Administration – London; Certificate in Hazardous materials management – Aberdeen and is a fellow of the American Project management college. He manages Logistics and Marine operations for Chairborne.
